At Noellefitzpatrick, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Because our fulfillment system is designed for speed, there is a very limited window to cancel or modify an order.

Please review our policy regarding changes and cancellations below.


1. The "Golden Window" for Requests

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for picking and packing.

  • Cancellations and changes are NOT guaranteed.

  • All requests are handled on a best-effort basis.

  • Once an order status moves to "Processed" or "Shipped," no further changes can be made.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you change your mind, please contact us immediately.

  • Subject Line: URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]

  • Required Info: Your full name and the reason for cancellation.

Outcome:

  • If approved: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method (PayPal) within 3–7 business days.

  • If already shipped: We cannot stop the delivery. You will need to receive the package and follow our [Return & Refund Policy].


3. How to Request a Change (Address, Size, or Item)

If you noticed a typo in your address or selected the wrong size/color:

  • Email: support@noellefitzpatrick.com

  • Subject Line: URGENT: Order Change - [Your Order Number]

  • Required Info: Clearly state the specific change (e.g., "Change shipping address to [New Address]" or "Change Size M to Size L").

Limitations:

  • We cannot change a shipping address to a different country.

  • We cannot add items to an existing order (please place a new order for additional items).

  • If the requested variant (size/color) is out of stock, we may have to cancel the item or the entire order.


4. Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier:

  • No changes can be made. The shipping address and item details are locked.

  • Do not "Refuse to Accept" the delivery. Carriers often charge additional fees for "Return to Sender" packages. It is always safer to accept the delivery and contact us for a standard return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for shipped orders.


5. Responsibility for Information

As a customer, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at checkout. Noellefitzpatrick is not liable for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

  • Orders placed with the wrong size, color, or quantity if a change request was sent after processing.


6. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Items labeled as Pre-Order or Backorder may be cancelled at any time before the scheduled shipping window begins. Once the pre-order enters the fulfillment phase, the standard cancellation rules apply.


7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (even after confirmation) if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment, or a pattern of policy abuse. If we cancel your order for these reasons, you will be notified via email.
