1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. During this time, we conduct quality checks and ensure your items are securely packaged.

We currently offer reliable shipping to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We use a transparent flat-rate shipping model:

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For our customers in Canada and the United Kingdom:

Prices on our website do not include import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees.

The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all local customs charges.

We cannot predict these fees, as they are determined by your local government. Customs delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for order cancellations.
5. Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy
To ensure successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Inaccurate Information: Noellefitzpatrick is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses (missing apartment numbers, typos, etc.).

Re-shipping: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Risk of Loss: Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," the risk of loss passes to the customer. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
6. Issues, Damages & Lost Packages
We want you to receive your items in perfect condition.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

Lost in Transit: If your package shows no movement for more than 10 business days, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Stolen Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors/building management or contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
