1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 calendar days from the date your tracking status shows "Delivered" to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.


2. Return Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain high standards of hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale".

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective).

  • Gift cards or digital downloads.

  • Items that have been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.


3. Return Shipping Fees

Note for Canada & UK Customers: Duties, VAT, and customs fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.


4. How to Start a Return

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us: Contact support@noellefitzpatrick.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. (Attach photos if the item is damaged).

  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

  3. Ship: Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back to the business address without prior authorization.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


5. Refunds & Processing

  • Method: Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method (PayPal).

  • Timeline: Processing typically takes 3–7 business days once we receive the item.

  • What is refunded: We refund the full price of the item and applicable taxes. Original shipping costs and international customs fees are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, we offer direct exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items (The 48-Hour Rule)

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item and the shipping label.

  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately upon verification.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, contact us. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund.

  • Delivered but Missing: If tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a successful delivery.
