1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 calendar days from the date your tracking status shows "Delivered" to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
2. Return Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain high standards of hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns for:

Items marked as "Final Sale".

Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective).

Gift cards or digital downloads.

Items that have been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Note for Canada & UK Customers: Duties, VAT, and customs fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
4. How to Start a Return
Follow these simple steps:

Ship: Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back to the business address without prior authorization.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refunds & Processing

Method: Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method (PayPal).

Timeline: Processing typically takes 3–7 business days once we receive the item.

What is refunded: We refund the full price of the item and applicable taxes. Original shipping costs and international customs fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, we offer direct exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items (The 48-Hour Rule)
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Delivered but Missing: If tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a successful delivery.
